Oval Bowl “Liye

Soft dough is softly formed into an oval shape after the rokuro process.
It is extremely difficult to make a good oval shape by repeatedly pressing down the soft dough which tries to return to its original shape in the process of drying.
The pattern is a Ko-Imari brocade pattern that artist Tatsuya Sakamoto is fond of, the red ball-and-glass pattern, which is expressed only with dyeing. It can be called “Aodama yourakumon” pattern in blue.
